If you experience a problem with the game, we recommend that you contact our Support team to help you resolve any issues or questions that may arise.
To do this, you will need to tap on the tool icon on the top right-hand corner of your home screen to access the Settings menu. Once there, you will need to press the purple button with the assistant icon that you will find under your profile information.
You will then be redirected to a contact form where you can add a description of the problem you are experiencing as well as screenshots. Our support team will contact you as soon as possible to help you solve the problem.
