Depending on the operating system of the mobile device you are using, there are different ways to take a screenshot.
If you have an Android device, you will need to:
- Press the Power/Lock + Volume Down buttons for a few seconds.
- On devices with older versions of Android or Samsung, these buttons may be Power/Lock + Home.
When you take a screenshot, the device will emit a shutter sound to let you know that the screenshot was taken correctly. You can also verify this by going to the photo gallery and looking for it in the "Screenshots" section.
If you have an iOS device, you will need to:
- Press the Lock and Home buttons at the same time. You will find them on the right side and the centre of the device respectively. If the screenshot is not taken, you will have to try again until it is.
- If your device does not have a Home button, you will need to press the side button and the volume up button at the same time.
To find the screenshot, go to your device's Gallery, Albums and then to the Screenshots folder.
